Lawways advises Hopper on the French IP & IT aspects of its acquisition of the company Smooss

In support of Foley Hoag, Lawways advised the Canadian company Hopper on the IT, Data and Intellectual Property aspects under French law, on their acquisition of Smooss, a French start-up incubated by Air France, offering airlines and other operator in the travel industry an innovative technology enabling them to offer personalized services to their customers, improving their experience while generating additional margin.

The IP-IT Lawways team was led by Gilles Rouvier (partner) and assisted by Pauline Pasquer and Ségolène Delmas (associates).

The Foley Hoag team was led by Frédéric Cohen (Partner) in Paris, assisted by Alexander Plas (associate).
