- Legal due diligence work: on intellectual property matters, financial and commercial agreements, in the framework of an acquisition or contemplated sale of a company, or more generally in order to increase visibility on potential legal risks or to prepare a company for sale (due diligence for the seller);
- Training: organization of one-day or longer training sessions to brief your commercial/sales teams on the critical legal aspects of a negotiation, and/or improve their awareness and understanding of key contractual provisions in your commercial agreements;
