Hortense Rouvier - Partner

Hortense worked with Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm within the Mergers & Acquisitions department from 1999 to 2002, where she acquired solid experience in the field of acquisitions in the industry and service sectors.

In 2002, she joined Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP (former Moquet Borde & Associés) where she acquired more than seven years expertise in the field of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring and reorganizations and also developed a strong practice in the field of Private Equity, working on many venture capital investment and divestment transactions and LBOs.

In 2006, Hortense was posted for close to 10 months to the Private Equity Department of an internationally renowned leading French investment bank.

She served as a senior attorney at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP until August 2009, for majorfrench and foreign local and international industrial and financial groups, investment funds and private investors, with a practice spanning traditional sectors of activity as much as new technology cutting-edge sectors. Hortense also provided legal assistance (litigation and transactional work) to clients in the field of corporate law.

In September 2009, Hortense founded Lawways Corporate.

Mergers & acquisitions

Acquisitions, sales of securities and assets, internal restructuring/reorganizations, in particular in application of the Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
